Kickboxing

Specialising in tatami style kickboxing, covering virtually all the WAKO (World Association Kickboxing Organisation) formats, we offer a fantastic and varied Kickboxing experience. Classes in English and Spanish.

Kids

Our Epic kids classes start the foundation of martial arts by teaching basic punches, kicks, blocks and drills while importing an element of disciple and respect. With the youngest we will also teach important awareness skills like playing safely, fire drills and stranger awareness. For the older kids we also offer the opportunity to participate in sparring drills, light sparring and even in competitions if they really enjoy it!

Teens and Adults

These classes we teach our full range of techniques including punches, strikes, kicks, blocks and movements combined with our fantastic fitness and strength & conditioning programme utilising everything that has created many National and world champions! We offer two levels of classes, one set basing on technical, pad and bag work incorporating basic level drills and more advanced classes that incorporate higher level drills, sparring drills and sparring (starting very controlled). We cover everything required on our grading system allowing our students to grade for a new belt every 3 months all the way up to black belt! We also offer a pathway to competitions, National and international! Giving you everything you need to become a champion!

Fitness Classes

HIIT

a dynamic and exciting class designed to maximize your physical performance. In this explosive session, we merge cardio and strength exercises into timed intervals. This approach allows you to quickly improve your endurance and strength, while burning calories efficiently.

FITBOX

a dynamic fusion of boxing techniques with varied strength and resistance exercises. Learn to execute punches with precision, improve your coordination and speed, and enjoy a challenging session with the punching bag and complementary exercises to get in shape.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

offers full-body routines designed to increase strength and muscle mass. We incorporate mobility exercises, core training and resistance to complement your work and improve your agility.


KICKFIT

a combination of all the elements of FITBOX but utilising all the different Kickbixing kicks we teach on our syllabus!


FITPAD

is a very intensive focus and thai pad class, using a variation of techniques using these pads. A very partner based class, this we help you encourage be and encouraged to get the best out of yourself and your partner!

Personal Training

We offer a full range of pt from improving fitness, strength, flexibility, kickboxing technique and even fighting ability. Utilising our great range of fitness and kickboxing equipment we can create a programme to cover all your fitness and kickboxing needs!

Instructor Pathway

We also offer a pathway for any budding future instructors for those who show a commitment to committed interest in our kickboxing programme. Under the guidance of a senior instructor, a junior instructor will be shown how to conduct warm ups, stretches and basic classes until they are able to teach without any assistance. They will also be privy to additional instructor training sessions!
