Saturday: Squad training and special classes will be announced

*Beginner/Intermediate: These classes will include a combination of technical work, pad and bag work, and strength and conditioning.
**Intermediate/Advanced: These classes will consist of more advanced technical work, sparring drills,
sparring training and competition preparation.
***All levels: These classes will cover a variation of different levels of technical work, pad and bag work, partner drills, and strength and conditioning.

Epic Kickboxing and Fitness prices for November:

Fitness Classes Registration: Normally 25€, Free during the month of November!

Registration Kickboxing Kids/Adults: 50€ including uniform and club membership OR 99€ including affiliation to the federation of Catalonia.

(Fitness includes FITBOX, FITKICKBOX, Strength & Conditioning, Kickboxing Circuits)
