Our classes

Kickboxing

We specialize in tatami-style kickboxing and cover virtually every format of the World Association of Kickboxing Organizations (WAKO). Our classes provide a fantastic and varied kickboxing experience, available in both English and Spanish.

Children

Our children’s classes teach hitting, kicking, blocking, and basic drills while encouraging discipline and respect. The little ones learn safety concepts such as fire drills and become aware of strangers. Older children can participate in sparrings and even competitions if they are interested.

Adults and adolescents

Our classes cover a full range of techniques, including punches, kicks, blocks, and strength training, designed to create champions. We offer two levels:

  • Level 1: Focused on technical skills and exercises
  • Level 2: For advanced learners, includes sparring

Students can advance through the belt levels every three months until they reach the black belt. We also offer a pathway to national and international competitions!

Fitness Classes

Fitbox

These sessions combine boxing techniques with varied strength and endurance exercises.

  • Master precise striking techniques for maximum impact.
  • Improve your coordination and speed with targeted exercises.
  • Get in shape with a challenging combination of punching bag work and complementary exercises. 

Kickfit

A high-intensity combination of all the elements of the fitbox, incorporating kickboxing kicks from our program.

  • Master a variety of kickboxing kicks to have a well-rounded skill set.
  • Get a complete workout combining cardio and kickboxing techniques.
  • Burn calories while improving strength, coordination, and flexibility.

Strength and conditioning classes

Full-body workouts designed to increase strength and muscle mass.

  • Build strength and muscle with effective full-body exercises.
  • Improve your agility with built-in mobility exercises.
  • Strengthen your core with specific workouts.
  • Maximize your physical performance with high-intensity training.
  • Increase your endurance and strength through specific intervals.
